- Attending L1 breakdown maintenance calls.
- Providing technical assistance to the customers.
- Trouble shooting
- Additional knowledge of basic electronics, medical electronics will be added advantage.
- Support in various service activities of the customer support department.
- Maintenance of technical documentation
- Coordinating for travel tickets & training
Candidate Profile
- Good communication skills.
- Must be able to speak Hindi. Ability to speak South Indian Languages would be added advantage.
- Female candidate preferred.
