Job Title: Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Building prototypes & framing business scenarios for better analysis; liaising with user group for requirement closure & sign-off; liaising with development team for developing the requirements
• Single handedly execute production implementation of projects ensured KPI and targets are met
• Understanding the necessity of project standards and consistently apply them; prioritizing and executing multiple tasks effectively
• Writing Business Requirements Document (BRD) & Business Solution Design Document (BSDD)
• Writing Functional Specification Document, Use Case , User Stories & Implementation Support Guides, Manage release activities
• Performing System Integration Test (SIT), User Acceptance Test (UAT) of the new ITapplication system
• Documented process flows and developed requirements for functional improvements. Review files, records and historic data to obtain required business information for development requests.
• Identified workflow bottlenecks and implemented new and improved processes and policies

Education & experience

• Bachelors degree
• Banking experience
