Responsibilities: As a Business Analyst, your day-to-day work activities will be as follows: Business requirement analysis and gathering Experience in life insurance domain Good understanding on claims FNOL and claim handling process Basic understanding of policy administration systems and third party integration with other systems Must have good communication skills Experience in Agile Scrum methodology Should have worked with Global Delivery Model Experience in Data Models Requirements: Candidates are required to have these mandatory skills to get the eligibility of their profile assessed. The must have requirements are: 5-8 years of relevant experience Experience of SDLC in the life insurance domain Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, preferably in a corporate environment Proven ability to collaborate and deliver in a cross-functional environment Creative ability to devise communication strategies in sync with the organization s objectives.
