Job Summary

What you ll do:

  • Work with stakeholders to define product roadmap and vision, execute strategies to achieve business goals;
  • Identify opportunities based on based on market needs, competition, and user requirements;
  • Deliver the operating plan: setting product goals, achievement of growth objectives including market share, revenue, profit and return on investment for all the channels/categories of business and/or key customers.
  • Define functional specifications of the product and manage the cross-function group of people that would work on the project including developers, designers, business development, sales, and marketing.
  • Responsible for managing and implementing marketing activities through research, strategic planning and implementation.
  • Be responsible for managing and implementing sales and marketing activities through research, strategic planning, and implementation.

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor s Degree;
  • Proficiency in English;
  • Hands-on experience in managing technical software products from concept to launch, preferably online payments-related ones;
  • Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance or Marketing.
  • Experience working with cross-cultural and remotely located teams and cross functional partners/stakeholders.
