Job Summary
  • Manage multiple accounts within a specific region. Responsible for client acquisition revenue targets through direct sales, partners as well as distribution alliances across all regions.He would be responsible to work with technical team, operations and marketing team in ensuring the region realizes its potential and achieves the business goals.
  • Achieve revenue targets as per business plan
  • Manage relationship with external / internal stakeholders to ensure business growth
  • Develop processes and competencies required as well as adhere to reporting requirements of the company.
  • Manage alliances and distribution partnerships through innovative compensation programs and incentive planning.
  • Contribute towards developing and modifying strategies and business models towards achieving Company Objectives.
  • Collaborate with other departments (Marketing, Finance, Delivery.) to address key business issues and/or opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education : (Any Graduate Any Specialization) / MBA ( Marketing)
  • Must have excellent communication, negotiation and man management skills with a proven track record in achieving targets.
  • Should have 1 or 2 years of experience working in corporate sales
