Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall operations of a company's sales force, development and implementation of annual sales.
• Help in scaling up the business through developing and sharing best practices.
• Manage effective & efficient costing system resulting in cost reduction, business process and procedures for improved performance.
• Shall be responsible for coordination & facilitation of various processes for a smoother flow of business.
• Meet with important clients and scout for potential prospects regularly.
• Maintain Demand Forecast and Supply Plans for effective Operations.

Desired Profile

• Preferably MBA/PGDM.
• 7-10 years of experience in Logistics or Similar/Related Industry.
• Ability to speak local language is a must.
• Excellent knowledge of the city.
• Preferred- Ex sales and marketing person of OMCs (IOCL , Bpcl , HPCL , Reliance or BP)
