As a social media associate, you'll be part of our in-house marketing team in Mumbai and help create an end-to-end distribution strategy for the various content properties at Pepper.

Objectives of this Role

• Create an excellent content distribution channel for day-to-day social media posts as well as the weekly and monthly properties.

• Think beyond the popular social media platforms and create a strategy for Pepper on platforms like Reddit, Discord, Pinterest, Quora, Facebook, and Linkedin groups, etc.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Take ownership of distribution for our Pepper Spotlight podcast, Pepper Shots newsletter, and repurpose content into social media posts or YouTube videos.

• Create promotion strategies to get maximum leads for all marketing events hosted by Pepper.

• Coordinate with the design, video, and community team to create a flow for all the content properties.

• Write original and engaging copy for event promotions, masterclass promotions, etc.

• Write and shoot content for reels, ads, and YouTube videos.

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the social media space with a solid portfolio of work

• Knowledge of the various platforms beyond Instagram, Twitter, and Linkedin

• Ability to take ownership of work and coordinate with other stakeholders to meet the deadline

• Excellent organizational skill and multitasking ability

• Experience with copywriting a plus

• A keen eye for detail and appreciation of great design
