Job Skills:

• 12+ years of experience as a Project Manager or other managerial position.
• Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods.
• Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles.
• Excellent knowledge of agile processes and supporting tools to track and manage the project.
• Good technical understanding and experience in managing Python projects in the past.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected project teams.
• Decide on suitable strategies and objectives.
• Coordinate cross-project activities.
• Develop and control deadlines.
• Apply change, risk and resource management.
• Assume responsibility for the team and all deliverables from the team.
• Resolve projects higher scope issues.
• Prepare reports for stake holders.
• Gathering feedback and presenting insights.
• Identifying opportunities for continual improvement.
• Ensuring relevant standards, process and regulations are upheld.
