Job Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g., social media and professional platforms like LinkedIn etc Screen incoming resumes and application forms. Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs. Writing/Updating job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms. Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews. Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process. Forecasting recruitment budgets,etc.

We are looking for:

Minimum 2 years of rich experience in Technical Recruitment/End to End IT recruitment. A good understanding of technology and technical skills. Smart recruiter who can take up challenges with a go getter attitude. Prefer candidates with Startup/Product hiring experience. Experience in recruitment processes and platforms. Quick learner and adaptable. Team handling experience is an added advantage. Good interpersonal and decision-making skills. Notice period -Immediate to 15days joinees.
