Pharma Spares is actively looking for a Telesales Executive for the Vasai office. This is a full-time opportunity for someone to gain experience in a manufacturing company.
Job Responsibilities:-
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service through phone calls & Emails.
Escalation matters-Complaints & Resolutions Internal & External.
Handling teams matter & Single Point of contact for Area managers/Internal.
Monitoring Sales Reports & taking feedback from AM/Customers.
Enter and update customer information in the database
Take and process orders in an accurate manner with proper documentation work (PO, Quotes, Invoice).
Handle grievances to preserve the companys reputation.
Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales target.
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Job Requirement:-
Job Location: Vasai (Local candidates preferred)
Education: B.A/BMS/B.COM/HSC (English Stream).
Experience: 2 to 4 years.
