Tele Sales Executive Job in Pharma Spares Pvt Ltd

• Pharma Spares is actively looking for a Telesales Executive for the Vasai office. This is a full-time opportunity for someone to gain experience in a manufacturing company.

Job Responsibilities:-

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service through phone calls & Emails.
• Escalation matters-Complaints & Resolutions Internal & External.
• Handling teams matter & Single Point of contact for Area managers/Internal.
• Monitoring Sales Reports & taking feedback from AM/Customers.
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Take and process orders in an accurate manner with proper documentation work (PO, Quotes, Invoice).
• Handle grievances to preserve the companys reputation.
• Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales target.
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.

Job Requirement:-

• Job Location: Vasai (Local candidates preferred)
• Education: B.A/BMS/B.COM/HSC (English Stream).
• Experience: 2 to 4 years.
