Job Summary Direct customer service - Selling Life, General and Health products. Act as a single point of contact for customers for any new products/query/complaint. Maintaining MIS report of all the insurance policies issued during the year. Looking after IRDAI Filings (Annually and Half Yearly) of Corporate Agent. Co-ordinating with the Insurance company for the regular commission payout. Good communication skills/knowledge.
