Client Relationship Manager Job in Venture-care

You should have

Qualification: Minimum UG: Bachelors in Commerce, PG: Any except B.Tech., MCA
Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in Inbound and/or Outbound calls
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey issues clearly, making points concisely
Ability to perform under pressure and meet/exceed expectations executing high quality results in fast paced environments
Ability to listen attentively and suggest apt solution to a problem
Language of conversation is English (primarily) and Hindi (occasionally)
Familiarity with startup ecosystem in India will be an advantage.

Overall Responsibilities

Attend calls and mails from clients and solve their queries
Explain them about the services and packages we provide
Guide them for filing the applications based on Government regulations
Verify the documents sent by the clients
Support the Operations team
