To perform back end in exports department

Job Profile
? Handling enquiries and responding to the customers
? Preparation of quotes for customers
? Updating on CRM
? Preparing documents for shipments
? Arranging logistics for shipments to different countries
? Follow up orders till delivery & collecting installation details
? ISO & Audit documentation
? Support senior management by completing orders and keeping customers informed
? Preparation of Monthly reports
