To provide pre-sales technicalsupport to clients by identifying the customers requirements and designing acommercially viable solution from within the companys product portfolio.
Dutiesand Responsibilites
-Toworkcloselywiththesalesteamintheareaofproductsuitabilityandservicedeliveryexpectations
-To advise on bid / no bid decisionsbased on technical and commercial considerations
-Toarticulate (through written submissions and oral presentations)solutions to both technical and non- technicalcustomers
-Supportsales efforts with in-depth product and businessknowledge
-Tomaintaina thorough knowledge of the companys products and service offerings andmethodologies
-Towork with the product development teams to capture new customerrequirements and develop and expand the productportfolio
-To work with the post-sales team inhanding over any pre-salesefforts
-Represent the company in aprofessional manner and build good relationships with clients to the companysbenefit
Skills/ Attributes Required
-Proventrack record in a pre-sales environment within an IT / software solutionsbusiness
-Technicallyskilled with a customer focused mind and excellent communicationskills
-Experiencein developing and delivering effectivepresentations
-Ability towork independently and to beproactive
-Excellentanalytical and troubleshootingskills
-Willingness to travel within a widegeographical area for clientmeetings
Qualification : Any Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
