Should have experience to deal with end users , third party vendors and global IT Team.

Hands on Experience on Windows server 2016 , Vmware , VSAN , V-Center , storage technology and Hybrid IT Infrastructure DNS, DHCP, Fileserver cloud DR and share point.

Should be able to manage IT Sops policies and security controls for entire IT infrastructure and should capable to execute IT DR Plan.

Backup , Patch management , SCCM, Com Vault ,Arch Server

should have complete understanding of Cloud Technology like Storage DR , Hybrid Cloud , Microsoft teams and O365.

Knowledge of ITIL ,GDPR and ISMS 27001 .

IT infrastructure an Network qualification.

Troubleshooting of Laptop Desktop , Printer WIFI and networking devices.

Vendor management.

Should have basic understanding of GxP environment and GAMP compliance.

B.Sc/ Hardware & Networking- Relevent diploma or Degree course
