Job Summary
Qualification :Min 7+ years of IT experience and 5-6 years relevant hands-on experience in managing best-in-class/industry leading AV setups/Conferencing solutions Well versed & experienced with latest Collaboration tools, like Teams/Zoom integration with AV systems Well versed with VC devices & components such as Polycom, Cisco Eagle-eye, Avaya, Logitech, Barco etc. Knowledge on automation devices such as relay control for lights, curtain etc. Excellent verbal & written communication Strong problem-solving skills
Description
- Lead the transition of AV systems/services from concerned stakeholders to IT team
- Manage existing Audio-Video setup (Conference rooms/Board room)/conferencing solutions of Mumbai location
- Ensure all connected systems operate at peak performance. When issues arise, troubleshoot it and adjust the AV system as required, co-ordination/regular connect with concerns vendor eco-systems.
- Lead any major events with the organization (Townhall/Board meeting etc) from IT AV systems aspect, remain proactive to ensure all connected systems operate at peak performance, spot issues, if any & eliminate them. Thus, ensure to execute a flawless event from an End user standpoint
- Assess current AV systems globally for Piramal Organization, compare with industry benchmark and suggest improvements/recommendations
- Plan for improvements, prepare business case, present to business stakeholders
- Assist local IT team in troubleshooting escalated issues specific to AV @ their respective locations
- Providing technical assistance/awareness sessions to users including Leadership team for AV Connectivity
- Provide necessary consulting/guidance to IT team for fresh build of AV setups @ new locations or AV upgrade @ existing locations
- Evaluation of latest technologies within AV/conferencing solutions area thus ensuring continuous improvements
- Ensure system setup documentation/conduct knowledge sessions for IT SPOCs on industry best practices/emerging technologies in the market/cross-site knowledge sharing
