Description

The role has techno-managerial responsibilities. It involves managing a team of smart and talented Technical Consultants with the objective of keeping IONs customers satisfied

• Understand IONs Products and Ecosystem better than anyone at ION.
• Understand customers system integration, recommend better product fit from IONs OTS products.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to plan, track and deliver projects in defined timelines.
• Define user requirements and set engineering development priorities.
• Help key customers through the activation journey by onboarding & solving issues to ensure smooth integration of the BMS in their end application.
• Manage a team of Technical consultants, direct next steps and distribute responsibilities.
• Report customer-wise project progress to business teams and management.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in working with lithium battery integration applications as an Engineer / a Program Manager / a System Engineer.
• 1+ year of managing a team of minimum 2 people.
• Hands-on experience with Embedded Systems.
• Extremely good communication skills.
• Extremely good analytical skills.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Experience with electric vehicles.
• Experience in system engineering with automotive clients.
