Job Description
We are looking for smart, innovative, people to join us on the journey to expand our footprint across global financial services hubs. The ideal candidate would be someone who is going to develop products for global financial services clients. The role requires strong business acumen, prior financial services experience, and a customer-centric mindset. Develop and deploy new strategies for building a high-performance product development organization in line with the emerging customer needs. This role will require you to work directly with customers to understand the efficacy of our current product and share the context with the company. The candidate would work closely with the founder on strategic initiative projects.
Requirements
The ideal candidate would be someone with
- MBA from a premier Institute in India/Abroad
- At least 2+ years of experience in Product Management preferably in global financial services spaces.
- Have implemented product strategies basis company process flow.
- Have prior experience in product research both from the technical and business perspective.
- Strong business acumen, ethics, and high integrity
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
