Job Summary As an Account Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:a) Vendor Management and Coordination with Internal Recruitment Team:
  • Manage vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts, evaluating performance, and ensuring timely delivery of candidate profiles.
  • Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to gather candidate profiles that align with client requirements.
  • Share high-quality CVs with clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs and increasing the likelihood of lead conversion.
  • Strive to achieve a high lead conversion rate by effectively matching candidates with client requirements.

b) Client Onboarding and Relationship Building:
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding process for clients, facilitating smooth transitions and minimizing disruptions.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs, ensuring their requirements are met effectively and efficiently.
  • Foster long-term client loyalty and satisfaction through exceptional service and effective communication.

c) Resource Communication and Gap Addressing:
  • Maintain daily communication with resources, ensuring clarity on project requirements, timelines, and expectations.
  • Coordinate with the tech leader and other team members to address any gaps or challenges that may arise during the recruitment process.
  • Proactively identify and resolve any issues or obstacles that may impact the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

d) Reporting and Client Satisfaction:
  • Deliver timely weekly/monthly work reports to clients, providing comprehensive updates on the recruitment progress and achievements.
  • Actively seek client feedback and incorporate it into future recruitment strategies and improvements.
  • Strive to achieve a high client satisfaction rate by consistently exceeding expectations and delivering outstanding service.

e) Account Management and Upselling:
  • Work towards achieving account management targets, including revenue growth and client retention.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional recruitment services or solutions to existing clients, maximizing account value and revenue.
  • Continuously monitor client accounts, staying informed about industry trends and client needs to provide tailored solutions.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in vendor management, client onboarding, recruitment, or a related role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and candidates.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset, able to analyze data and performance metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Result-oriented approach with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends relevant to the recruitment landscape
