Technical Leader-Web (Full Stack) [MM1-SM1]
Job Title: Technical Lead cum Full Stack Developer
Experience: 10+ Yrs
Key Responsibilities Areas
- Serve as the lead technical resource for the Web application development
- Supporting the maintenance of the Web application and the development of new features
- Maintain documentation and working know into specifications and ensuring development quality and delivery on time
- Responsible for real-time issue resolution of issues on production systems related functionality
- Work towards maintaining good design and software coding standards and developing efficient application business logic
- Work collaboratively with the technical architecture and ensure good unit test coverage
- Identify opportunities for improving quality and efficiency and participates in process improvement initiatives
- Hands-on experience in coding is a must so that if needed can troubleshoot the issues
- Must have good command over Servers & MySQL Management
- Understands the concepts of Server & MySQL optimization - should be well versed with various optimization techniques.
- Any other responsibility as assigned by the competent authority from time to time
Qualifications and Skill Sets:
- Mandatory
- Minimum 10 years experience with 6+ years of experience working with high scale web applications
- Must have worked for a minimum of 6+ years in Laravel Framework and web development experience along with JS Stack (Angular / React / Vue)
- Must have experience in Security & Performance Matrix
- Must have experience optimizing web server configurations and scaling web applications
- Strong experience with modern HTML/CSS
- Competent in web services integrations (REST/SOAP)
- Extensive knowledge of software build cycles
- Experience in working on Agile methodology
- Capability to work in a fast paced high growth environment
- Able to handle multiple team members & take responsibility for their career growth & deliverables.
- Preferred
- Knowledge of other frameworks is added advantage, Java, Rails, Python, .NET
- Experience with at least one other programming language such as Ruby, Java, Python, Golang is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, are required for daily interaction with team members
