Technical Leader-Web (Full Stack) [MM1-SM1]

Job Title: Technical Lead cum Full Stack Developer

Experience: 10+ Yrs

Key Responsibilities Areas

• Serve as the lead technical resource for the Web application development
• Supporting the maintenance of the Web application and the development of new features
• Maintain documentation and working know into specifications and ensuring development quality and delivery on time
• Responsible for real-time issue resolution of issues on production systems related functionality
• Work towards maintaining good design and software coding standards and developing efficient application business logic
• Work collaboratively with the technical architecture and ensure good unit test coverage
• Identify opportunities for improving quality and efficiency and participates in process improvement initiatives
• Hands-on experience in coding is a must so that if needed can troubleshoot the issues
• Must have good command over Servers & MySQL Management
• Understands the concepts of Server & MySQL optimization - should be well versed with various optimization techniques.
• Any other responsibility as assigned by the competent authority from time to time

Qualifications and Skill Sets:

• Mandatory
• Minimum 10 years experience with 6+ years of experience working with high scale web applications
• Must have worked for a minimum of 6+ years in Laravel Framework and web development experience along with JS Stack (Angular / React / Vue)
• Must have experience in Security & Performance Matrix
• Must have experience optimizing web server configurations and scaling web applications
• Strong experience with modern HTML/CSS
• Competent in web services integrations (REST/SOAP)
• Extensive knowledge of software build cycles
• Experience in working on Agile methodology
• Capability to work in a fast paced high growth environment
• Able to handle multiple team members & take responsibility for their career growth & deliverables.

• Preferred
• Knowledge of other frameworks is added advantage, Java, Rails, Python, .NET
• Experience with at least one other programming language such as Ruby, Java, Python, Golang is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, are required for daily interaction with team members
