Job Summary Setting up channel an distribution network and overseeing the onboarding process
Managing Distributors and channel partners
Driving and delivering sales performance and profit returns
Responsible for day to day operations of allotted Region
Customer experience management
SOP adherence, Shrinkage control, and Operational Excellence
Develop new streams of business thru Outreach and Institutional customers
Identifying location opportunities, business development and project implementation for Design and Build customers
Implement Marketing and sales promotion activities and visual merchandising
Monitoring conditions and trends within the local markets
Retail expansion, modification, new store planning and execution
Training and development of retail teams. Manage within a budget and motivate employees to support the overall organizational culture
