Job Summary
Preparation of rate quote and authorization letters. Collecting marine insurance report form all CSA s and verification. Planning and execution of Direct supply, preparation of Invoices and supporting documentation and Physical stock verification during stock dispatch. Tender supplies & Stock transfer with proper documentation & packaging and getting confirmation for delivery. Sending region wise sales report to respective RBM & Senior ABM. Maintenance of required packing materials (sending fortnight report, Placing order) Maintenance of registers for Purchase, stock transfer and commercial Invoices Management of special rate supply in Trade (Sharing billing data to team and maintain stockiest/Hospital wise supply proof). Preparation of Sales reports fortnightly and monthly. Taking care of orders relating to South, West & Coastal Regions. Apply Job
