Job Summary

As a Executive HR Operations, you will:

  • Overseeing HR processes from onboarding to exit, ensuring smooth transitions throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Collecting and verifying employee documents as per company requirements.
  • Conducting orientation programs for new hires to familiarize them with company policies, procedures, and culture.
  • Initiating background checks for new employees to ensure credibility.
  • Managing and updating HR records, data, and trackers in HR Management Information Systems (MIS) and HRMS systems.
  • Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with vendors providing HR-related services.
  • Ensuring adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
  • Coordinating with new employees to provide a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with employees, addressing concerns, and fostering a productive work environment.
  • Having a comprehensive understanding of HR policies and providing guidance to employees and managers.
  • Contributing ideas for employee engagement activities and collaborating with the Executive in charge of Communication & Engagement to execute them effectively.


Requirements

Skills Required:

  • Minimum 1+ years of relevant experience in HR or related fields
  • Proficiency in using Excel for data analysis, reporting, and record-keeping
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations for training, induction, or reporting purposes
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations
