Software Development Engineer In Quality Assurance Job in Prismberry

Job Responsibilities:

• Leading a full-stack team (front-end and back-end with optional DBA) and plan out website development with management
• Creating a complete software product with UI/UX design, testing, support, server-based, and resilience built in
• Rewriting existing software to be more usable
• Working with management to form product/software strategy for future projects
• Maintaining constant focus on scalability, performance and robustness of a feature, on the top of base functional implementation
• Designing and implementing logging, monitoring, and alerting functions as core parts of overall software solution
• Documenting your own work and design solutions
• Decomposing complex features into smaller, short-term deliverable tasks
• Managing priorities of multiple tasks, providing up-to-date estimates for a milestone delivery

Skills And Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in EE, CS, ME or equivalent, with minimum 5+ years of experience
• 2-4 years of industry experience in web-development, full-stack environment, particularly with financial or insurance based systems
• Experience in the following programming languages: C# (2 years), HTML/CSS (2 years), JS (1 year), SQL (1 year)
• Significant experience on server-side development with microservices, such as AWS or Azure
• Git/Github repo experience
• Experience in CI/CD pipeline
• Able to think outside the box and discover innovative solutions for complex data management issues
• Ability to work with multicultural, globally distributed teams to a common unifying product vision and closely coordinate with cross-functional teams in different time zones
• Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
