Roles and Responsibilities
Sales organization base processes: Health checks & attrition analysis
- Collect sales org metrics data on attrition, variable pay & capability and provide regular org updates to relevant stakeholders
- Conduct analysis on organization metrics to identify issues (VP, Attrition) & patterns
- Carry out root cause analysis on identified issues (attrition, variable pay), and conduct action planning exercise
- Carry out regular org sense checking
Org Capability
- Build org LT capability on:
- Org engagement: org survey / OHA, action planning & engagement programs
- Recognition programs
- Compensation & benefits
- L&D plans
- Hiring & Onboarding
Division HR Engagement
- Lead org engagement programs execution for respective division
- Execute initiatives in partnership with engagement program pillar leaders for the division
- Plan and execute org connects during BPMs, Leadership visits, Let s Talks etc.
Qualifications
- Graduates (B. Com. / BBA); specialization in Human Resources Management preferred
- At least 5 years experience in managing zonal HR operations in the FMCG industry
- 5+ years of expereince
