Overview

As the Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud Practice Lead, you will support client projects, presales activity, and contribute to the overall SFCC CoE. The ideal candidate will be SFCC certified with numerous enterprise project deployments, international a plus. This position reports to the PK US based Experience Platforms CoE and will be responsible for; a) Practice Management b) Project Delivery c) Sales Engineering.

This role requires a strong understanding of the enterprise marketing ecosystem with an in-depth capability in SF B2C Commerce Cloud, excellent presentation and communication skills, and leadership within a global distributed environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)Practice Management including global coordination to establish resource and hiring plans based on opportunity pipeline, development and execution of career development plan, and revenue and utilization management.
  • Provide Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)Project Delivery including conformance to standards and best practices, PK Way governance, CSAT, and project specific budgets, hiring, risk and dependency management.
  • Provide Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)Sales Engineering oversight and guidance regarding project estimation and complex multi-solution planning in support of proposal & SOW development.
  • Exceptional business and technical acumen. Ability to communicate effectively across client organizations including executives, stakeholders, product, and delivery organizations. Ability to communicate and lead internally across our multi-disciplinary and global structure.
  • Trusted Advisor. Adept at building trust with your customer and internal stakeholders through strategic thought, exceptional execution, and B2C e-commerce depth and expertise.
  • Lead and energize your teams and clients by providing thought leadership in modern hyper personalized omni-channel experiences.
  • Thought Leader. Contribute to PK published POVs, Whitepapers, Blog Posts, Webinars, and Speaking Engagements.
  • Continuous Improvement. Driven to lead self, clients, and teams in a rhythm and appetite for modern connected e-commerce trends and technology. Stay in tune with latest Salesforce technology updates, changes, community, and roadmap(s). Improving and maintaining engineering guidelines

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Certificate(s) in SFMC solutions
  • More than 10+ years of experience and good understanding of B2C commerce concepts
  • Minimum 5 years hands-on project experience with Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud
  • Knowledge of underlying Salesforce platform components Einstein AI, Lightning, Heroku and strongly preferred
  • Experience managing multiple B2C SFCC projects across multiple industries (retail preferred) with international experience a plus
  • Experience with other commerce technologies and analytics tools (i.e. Adobe, Hybris, etc.) preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, preferred but not required
  • Strong communication skills
