About the position

• You will work with IT Manager and assist in maintaining company's IT assets, laptops, desktops, servers, network and security systems.
• You will help in investigating and diagnosing network problems, collecting IT usage data, analyze and resolve any issues.
• You will carry out routine configuration and installation of IT solutions.
• You will work with other employees to help them setup new users and manage backup, security and passwords.
• You will monitor internet and email use.

Preferred skills

• Troubleshooting mindset, ability to think quickly and communicate.
• Should have basic understanding of Desktop, laptop and network related issues
• Should have basic understanding of commonly used applications like MS Office
• Should have basic understanding of troubleshooting and configuration
• Some basic exposure to Windows and Linux
• Formal IT training preferred.
