Job Summary

The Role Reporting to the Head Human Resources, Pepper Advantage India, the Lead Talent Acquisition role will be responsible for the end-to-end Talent Acquisition including process planning, developing, and implementing an effective Talent Acquisition strategy for the organization. This also includes (co) building a strong Employer Brand. Responsibilities Ensure proper budgeting and planning of manpower. Drive and motivate the recruitment team. Ensure use of the Application Tracking System and maintain proper MIS and reporting structures for recruitment. Ensure adherence to compensation and hiring policies. Work on cost effective methods of hiring effectively, especially bulk and across levels. Self-sourcing and hiring especially at the mid to senior level. Ensure a uniform onboarding experience. Work on initiates to create a strong employer brand for Pepper Advantage India Skills and experience required Graduate in any stream Post-Graduate in HR an added 8-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition preferable in the BFSI sector Bulk Hiring / Call Centre Hiring experience. Proficiency in windows, Excel and Data / MIS / number management Negotiation Skills Ownership and Accountability Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders & candidates
