Job Summary Role and Responsibilities:
  • Monitor applications, performing root cause analysis, data analysis, report generation, handling triage calls, incident management.
  • Perform Application/Production Support of Applications that are developed on Java/J2EE.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Strong Knowledge of Networking
  • Prior production support experience is mandatory
  • Exposure to Heap-dump/Thread-dump Analysis will be an advantage
  • Good debugging and trouble shooting skills and coordination skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English
  • Experience in Healthcare domain will be an advantage
