Legal Executive - Intellectual Property Job in Quantiphi

Requirement:

• Good communication skills.

• The candidate must be highly motivated, capable of achieving goals, getting excellent results, and must adhere to the highest standards of business ethics.
• Minimum Bachelor s Degree with good academic records, LLB preferred.
• 2-3 years experience of working in the field of patents, trademarks in a firm or inhouse, preferably with exposure to patent, trademark prosecution, IP Paralegal activities, IP portfolio management processes, in a law firm or inhouse.
• Must be detail-oriented with an analytical personality, i.e. a strong ability to work with IT tools, IP databases and google applications in particular advanced level of MS-Excel/Google Sheets.
• a practical understanding of the patent systems around the world and a high degree of motivation to acquire this knowledge through internal training, online courses and on the job experience
• Capable of handling emails, independent correspondence and managing files efficiently.
