Job Location: Bangalore/Mysore/Pune (Hybrid)

Experience: 7-8 Years

Skills: Should have minimum 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master

Qualifications:

1.Certified Scrum Master is mandate.
2.Preferably from Banking Domain

Key responsibilities:

Scrum Master Duties:

Act as a servant leader for one or more Agile teams, ensuring the team follows Agile principles and Scrum practices.

Organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.

Coach the team on Agile methodologies and principles, helping them to continuously improve and self-organize.

Shield the team from external interruptions and distractions, allowing them to focus on delivering high-value banking software.

Foster a collaborative environment and promote open communication within the team.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with product owners to ensure the product backlog is well-groomed and prioritized.

Facilitate discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution within the team.

Encourage a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Process Improvement:

Identify and remove impediments that are affecting the team's productivity.

Continuously improve the Agile processes, ensuring they are aligned with best practices.

Monitor and report on the team's progress, highlighting any issues that need attention.

Stakeholder Communication:

Maintain open and clear communication with stakeholders, providing them with regular updates on the team's progress and any changes in project scope.

Ensure alignment between business goals and the team's activities.

Risk Management:

Identify and manage project risks, working to mitigate potential issues.

Promote a culture of quality and timely delivery, ensuring the team adheres to banking industry standards and regulations.
