Job Description: As an IT Recruiter you will play a key role in the recruiting of various positions in the company. Your primary job responsibilities include:- Managing and driving recruitment activities for various open positions for Pune office Sourcing, screening, and short listing resumes from various sources like job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, campus, and training institutes Screening of candidates via phone to assess communication and background Interacting with stakeholders in India and US and updating them about the open roles Negotiating and ensuring a seamless interview process for both the candidate and hiring manager Following-up with candidates till they are on-board and resolve their queries if any throughout the process Researching about ways for attracting, engaging, and retaining talent Updating the ATS (Greenhouse) Conducting core HR functions like Induction and Employee Engagement
