PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To head the Private Banking business and teams in a region, ensuring delivery of business results from teams of Senior Advisors and Investment Advisors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Business development

1. To ensure that a sound business in investment products is built of high quality

2. To ensure that the banking needs of the customers are also met by giving the customer a one point of contact and thus build a complete relationship.

3. To ensure that objectives of income, product mix and targets as also quality are met in line with bank objectives and market conditions

4. To work with the core team of the desk to evolve products. processes and systems for the desk.

Customer Management

1. To ensure that sound customized solutions are developed for the high end Rs 5 cr + customers so that we are able to attract this segment

2. To ensure that the foundations of the business around sound advice, process orientation and relationship management are built to create market leadership.

3. To also ensure that a few key customers are managed directly so that incomes are also delivered as a specialized private banker.
