JOB DESCRIPTION

• Client management and team management
• Email escalation handling
• Regular Feedbacks-informal & formal
• Initial phase of client onboarding the client
• Internal Induction onboarding the new staff
• Helping the staff on technical queries and resolving them.

DESIRED PROFILE

• Should be very good in communication
• Should have experience on client management and people management
• Working experience on Small and Mid sized business accounts for any industry
• Should have knowledge of Income Tax, Payroll, Sales Tax
• Have experience working on Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Management Accounts, Payroll, Finalization
• Very well conversant with QBO, QBD, XERO, Ultra Tax
