Job Summary

Job Title: BDM - International Sales

Location: Pune/Mumbai (USA Shift: 4 pm to 1 am)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound leads and inquiries, providing timely and relevant information to prospects.

Conduct sales meetings with potential clients to understand their requirements and present suitable solutions.

Follow up with leads through various channels, including email, phone calls, and social media, to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.

Close sales deals by effectively addressing customer needs and objections.

Generate outbound sales calls to target prospects and qualify leads.

Utilize social media platforms like LinkedIn to identify and engage with potential clients.

Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets, demonstrating a dynamic and results-oriented approach.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software (e.g., Zoho).

Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.

Represent professionally in all interactions with clients and stakeholders.

Future Opportunity for Travel: In the future, the successful candidate may have the opportunity to travel to the US for sales meetings and conferences, contributing to the expansion of our international presence.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Accounting or Finance is required.

Master's degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in international sales, preferably in the financial services industry.

Fluent in English, with excellent oral and written communication skills.

Exceptional sales, business development, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using CRM software like Zoho or similar platforms.

Ability to work in the USA shift from 4 pm to 1 am (PST).

Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding sales targets.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, for sales prospecting and networking.
