Technical Engineer, Professional Services Job in Radware

We are looking for a strong technical engineer with good communication skill to join our APJ Professional Services team in Radware. As a Profession Service Engineer/Technical Account Manager, he/she has two key objectives in the role - the success solution implementations and be the trusted advisor of the customers. Beside of the strong technical skill set in network & security, you also require managing the customers satisfaction, success, and growth. You will ensure that the security solutions are implemented within the SOW, cost, and timeframe.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver the professional services to the customers
• Perform the technical review, & evaluation, and implement the solutions to the customers
• Prepare the technical documentations (e.g. Low-Level Design, LLD) aligned with our best practise approaches
• Work with other engineers and partners for the professional services deliveries
• Build the strong relationship with the customers as a trusted advisor.
• Manage the customers from cloud onboarding, through the life cycle and ongoing activities
• Lead the communication and technical resolution during high priority incident management
• Conduct the technical presentations with Technology heads, CTOs, CIOs and CISO
• Perform the troubleshooting on the field
• Escalate the issues to the TAC & R&D
• Act as the highest technical escalation for customers
• Provide the technical training for the customers & partners

Requirements

• BSc/BA in Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 10 years pre-sales / post sales technical experience in Networking field.
• A solid technical background for Network and security
• Excellent understanding of network architecture (e.g. LAN/WAN, switches/routers, routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF) and protocols (e.g., IPv4, TCP/IP, VPN, IPSec, HTTP/S, DNS)
• Good knowledge on the network/web security solution like firewall/IPS and Anti-DDOS
• Experience on the complex network (and/or security) implementation & support
• Understanding in virtualization technologies.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent presentation skills
• A team player - liaise with TAC and other technical experts within the organisation.
• Good English written and spoken
