Roles & Responsibilities:
Will be a part of the Customer Service team of Logistics practice with responsibilities including development/ implementation of Customer Service module. Customer service module comprises of - CRM/ Portals/ Notifications on critical business communications to internal and external stake holders | Duties and Responsibilities will include Product development/ Implement new functionality| Business and process analysis | Requirement Mapping| Solution mapping and design/ system & Integration | Liaising with developers and clients - act as a point of communication
