Role: Offer Compliance Auditor

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Work Shift: Night Shift (8:30 PM - 5:30 AM IST- DLS) Employment: Full Time

Job Description

As an Offer Compliance Auditor, you are responsible for final audit of all offer details ensuring compliance and accuracy.You will be auditingthe Offer letter and offer intake against a checklist and other resources provided. Successful candidates will have strong service mindset, superior communication skills, be process driven, and have a keen attention to detail while managing multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Audit Offer letters in ICIMs
• Ensure offer letters are within compliance.
• Work with Leadership to address compliance issues.
• Other special audit projects

Basic Qualifications

• Meet or exceed all KPI s for 6-month (average)
• Not currently on a performance plan or verbal warning
• 1+ year experience with auditing in any capacity
• 1+ year experience with Customer Service

Preferred Qualifications

• Positive attitude
• Good attendance record is a must as the team has goals that must be met daily
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills
