Job Description :

• Integration build and testing with 3rd party onboarding solutions, ERP systems and Boundary systems.
• Collaborate on conversion activities related to production vendors.
• Conversion activities include the following:
• Driving Data rationalization (Extraction criteria) discussions,
• Identifying list of vendor master attributes to be converted to S/4 and their mapping
• Profiling rules, Data cleansing efforts (Leading Data cleansing team), Maintaining Data cleansing tracker
• Data validation during Mock and final cutover cycles etc
• .Performing Vendor master developments Functional Unit Testing and sign off. Coordinating with other process teams such as Procure-to-Pay (PTP).
• Provide visibility to executive leadership team on the progress. Identifying the risks and laying out the mitigation plans. Supporting Master Data Governance Team on the Vendor master governance process, integration of MDG S/4 with 3rd party onboarding solutions, Distributing Vendor master data to boundary systems from MDG S/4 etc.
• Coordinating SAP S/4 MDG and 3rd party onboarding solution integration for Vendor master data creation/management in SAP S/4.
• Coordinating with downstream Vendor master system teams to map SAP S/4 MDG system Vendor attributes with downstream system attributes.
• Bachelor's Degree (or comparable experience) in Accounting, Finance, Business, Project Management, Information Technology or Organizational Management
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and OneNote
• Knowledge of SharePoint Site configuration, development, and maintenance
• Experience with Financial System implementations, blueprinting and system data conversions
• Advanced knowledge of and experience with SAP ECC/SRM Systems, including technical experience with data tables, security roles and workflow processes.
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools for a major ERP system, including writing/crafting reports
• Wil require working US hours especially with colleagues on the West Coast MP
