Job Summary
- End to end recruitment.
- Sourcing through, referencing, walk-ins, head-hunting and job portals.
- Data Mining through Team Mapping.
- Conducting the HR round of interview.
- Screening the resume after having a detailed discussion with the candidates.
- Co-ordinating the entire interviewing process.
- Updating the candidates with regards to the interview feedback and negotiating the offer terms.
- Ensure that all open positions are closed as per the pre decided timelines.
- Scrutinizing and short-listing profiles by using various resources (i.e. Job sites, Head hunting, networking sites) based on specific criteria, skills, domain, platform, qualification and relevant experience.
- Maintain reports and update database information on an ongoing basis.
- Taking care of retentions and referral payouts.
