Roles and Responsibilities

  • Monitor, evaluate process, quality metrics & give feedback to telecaller
  • Work on data analysis and train Executives.
  • Conduct regular briefings to review quality standards and updates
  • Work on initiatives to achieve highest possible quality on calls
  • Handle individual Quality to check the performance.
  • Conduct training session to improve skill sets of Executives.
  • Conduct quality induction/session for the new hires
  • Call Auditing, Call barging
  • Timely feedback to agents.

Skills :

Experience from BPO/Call Centre.Fluency in English Language, effective verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, clear pronunciation, effective listening skills, ability to comprehend relevant accent, knowledge of transaction/call flow, email etiquettes, knowledge of call backs and escalation procedures and feedback mechanisms.
