Job Summary

We are looking for an Associate Manager for our Client Solutions team. You will manage, coach, and mentor a team of ~12-15 Client Services/ Success members as they collaborate with their peers on the Client Services and Client Success teams to help design and implement a Phreesia solution that maximizes value for the client. The Associate Manager will be responsible for successful implementation and optimization of Phreesia product to new client and build a strong relationship with the existing clients. Our mission is to create a better more engaging healthcare experience by helping healthcare providers better understand their patients. These clients include specialty groups, regional multi-specialty practices, and hospitals. The position is a part of and interacts with the Client Solutions team virtually and the Analyst team onsite. Our Client Solutions team allows practices to better understand their patients by configuring and implementing our solution to best fit the needs of our clients. You will Supervise and manage a team of approximately ~12-15 Analysts/ Senior Analysts Collaborate with Phreesia teams, including Support, Account Management, Product Management and Sales, and Leadership to address client and internal issues Maintain complete understanding of contract deliverables to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget Work with Analysts, Associates, Consultants, and Managers to develop & refine implementation tools and processes Perform gap analysis to identify implementation issues and consult on options to address issues Support go-live activities, observing results, refining and driving continuous delivery improvement Maintain an understanding of how the application is used and configured Communicate effectively at all levels Drive Client Success teams to increase product utilization Increase penetration of add-on products across the customer base. Help strategize and achieve bookings/ upsell targets to the team. You have: Bachelor s degree required; Master s degree preferred 2-4 years of people leading experience into client facing roles / leading PM, Consulting, and/or Implementation teams, ideally working for a healthcare technology vendor or SaaS based organization. Healthcare background preferred Ability to drive results and hold internal stakeholders accountable Superior leadership, influence, communication, interpersonal, written, and telephone skills Ability to work with your peers to understand a client s needs and develop custom solutions Ability to prioritize multiple demands in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Skilled at anticipating and solving problems Experience implementing a SAAS Solution preferred Strong analytic and quantitative skills Incredibly organized, disciplined, and process-oriented
