To handlecustomer Emails and calls related to the mails being handled.

Livechats marked to L1 IDs.

CustomerFocus - Always ready to go extra miles to delight customers.

Takingend-to-end Ownership of Customer Issues. Making outcalls to ensure fasterresolution of the issues.

Qualityand Improvement orientation. Identify process improvements and gaps. Identifypossible early warnings.

Result Oriented & Time Management - Ensure completion of cases withintimeline with standard quality.

E-mail drafting skills.

Flexible in shift timings

Co-ordination with across functions to resolveescalation on high priority.

Abiding companies policies and regulatorypolicies.
