Job Summary

Role: Project Coordinator

Project Coordinator is an important part of organization s Client Success team helping end-clients meet their marketing and advertising goals. These professionals work under a Project Lead / Project Manager and help ensure projects are completed on time and with desired quality. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you ll collaborate with international clients and internal teams to deliver results as per deadlines.

A Project Coordinator job is great for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, challenging work environment and loves to communicate with global stakeholders.

Tasks for Project Coordinator mainly involves monitoring and maintaining project pipeline, validating client inputs, routing projects for execution, verifying quality of project outcome, organizing and/or attending meetings with stakeholders, documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.

Requirements:

  • Working with self-serviced web platforms developed for marketing and advertising
  • Maintain project status, test various pieces of marketing material, audit the content and generate usage report on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
  • Stay up-to-date on processes and relay relevant information todifferent teams in a timely manner
  • Review project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards and ensure project delivery timelines are met
  • Release the project to stakeholders after successful completion
  • Manage and co-ordinate projects using a project tracking tool JIRA
  • Act as subject matter expert for assigned clients and tasks
  • Attend internal team status meetings
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to improve training, communication and on-going work
  • Must be available for a flexible work schedule to accommodate client deadlines
  • Readiness to work in bi-weekly rotating shifts to have sufficient overlap across different time zones

Experience:

  • Bachelor s degree in Technical or Communication steam is must
  • 2 to 4 years experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Lead, Business Analyst or Client Service Executive
