Senior Software Quality Engineer- Openshift Job in Red Hat

• Design test architectures, develop and continuously improve test automation framework.
• Champion the reliability and efficiency of test automation. Create solutions to help OpenShift success with continuous automation and efficient failure analysis.
• Maintain and improve the high availability of CI infrastructures.
• Collaborate, communicate and cross function with multiple teams to build CI infrastructure and implement best automation practices.
• Implement quality enhancements, understand product and customer needs, Use data and automation to help OpenShift succeed.
• Provide coaching, mentoring and leadership to junior Quality Engineers
• Work in a fast paced environment, be goal-oriented. Proactively participate in various improvements, persistent in troubleshooting.
• Work in a global team, embrace diversity and culture differences.

Solid experience and skills in at least one of the following object-oriented programming languages: Golang, Ruby, Python.

• Seasoned experience in Linux, ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues independently.
• Familiar with Git, Github, Gitlab, Jenkins, Bash.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins Pipeline development. Understanding of Groovy, jobDSL
• Proven track record of successful experience in designing and creating test architecture or test framework.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, self-motivated.
• Proven written and spoken English skills.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge with Kubernetes, Containers, OpenShift is a big plus.
• Contributions to open source projects or publicly available code samples
• Usage experience of AWS, GCP, Azure.
