Job Summary
  • Collaborates with senior leadership to understand organization strategy and goals and create talent strategy to align with those goals
  • As a member of the executive team, you will interface with the CEO, CFO and COO on a regular basis. You will become a trusted confidante on talent issues, unafraid of giving your opinions and expertise
  • Global responsibility of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale and training and development.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to upper management.
  • Contributing to long-term goals around business and people development, including succession planning and c-suite talent acquisition
  • Leading the analysis of employee feedback and data, with the aim of creating a better working environment and engaged culture
  • Taking active role in shaping the company s culture

Qualifications:

    • MBA or Bachelor s degree in human resources management.
    • Strong people skills.
    • At least 10 years prior experience in leadership roles in HR function
    • Sound understanding of the IT services industry and broad understanding of IT industry trends
    • Great interpersonal, communication skills and ability to negotiate
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
