Job Summary

Role: Account Executive Project

Job Description Account Executives who are inquisitive to reach out to the content creators and talent agencies and enable them to create their account, troubleshooting, draft contracts between the Regalix and the content creator, and also audit the content based on multiple parameters i.e., created by the content creator.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Reaching out to the content creators/agencies as per the given database
  • Providing Troubleshooting and support to content creators for account creation and verification
  • Creating/drafting agreements, followup with the content creators to ensure that the engagement with them is valid and within the terms of the contract
  • Monitoring the performance of the content creators against their deliverables/targets which are defined by the client
  • Audit of the short video content as per the program guidelines
  • Meet QA/QC requirements and other key performance metrics
  • Follow Up with the content creators for any special projects or live sessions
  • Shift and schedule adherence Set high standards of performance for self; assuming responsibility and accountability for successfully completing the assignments/tasks
  • Display expertise thorough understanding of products and processes
  • Keep the businesses owners and other key stakeholders informed and updated through the process
  • Escalate problems/issues to the Supervisor/SME when warranted
  • Strict adherence to company policies and processes
  • Effective use of tools

Requirements

  • Account Executive Experience:
  • 1-3 years of sales/customer support experience, preferably worked in e-commerce/social media/influencers/digital marketing/influencer marketing in an in-bound/out-bound calling profiles Skill Sets:
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent sales & convincing skills
  • Exposure to the basics of social media
  • Exposure to the basics of short video streaming platforms such as a Facebook watch, MX TakaTak, Instagram Reels, Youtube Shorts, TikTok, Josh, etc.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Any Candidature with Graduate/Diploma (10+2+3/4) Exception if the Candidate has more than 3+ years of experience Domestic calling experience
  • Must be proficient in English & Hindi and any of the regional languages from the list below:
