Job Summary

We re looking for a content writer with a minimum of 4 years of B2B content marketing experience to partner with marketers, designers and researchers to plan, create, and continually improve content for our business services. You will work as a member of our client's in-house B2B creative studio, serving internal partners to produce high visibility content marketing programs.

For this role, you will need to be comfortable planning, writing and editing content for a broad range of formats including presentation decks, PDF marketing assets, mobile and web interfaces. Projects will be diverse in nature, including presentations, statistical analysis reports, product tours, launch education materials, and much more.

You will apply consistent brand standards, tone, and voice, and you will elevate the overall quality of the work. You love both high-level strategy and hands-on writing and editing. You understand and have a level of comfort with the full range of content creation considerations, including statistical analysis, design thinking, and user experience.

In previous roles, you have learned that you prefer and thrive in a flat, fast-moving organization that uses a lightweight processes to have a huge impact.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead and own projects with various stakeholders
  • Plan, write, edit, test and improve content including presentation decks, print and digital marketing assets, mobile and web interfaces and other content throughout the client's marketing experiences
  • Help apply and maintain consistency with content standards.
  • Collaborate with designers, researchers, BU heads, marketers to serve a global content audience.
  • Deliver high quality content on brief and on time while working independently
  • Represent the B2B creative team in cross-functional teams and meetings as a business communication expert
  • Drive brand consistency and creative expression of the client's B2B brand

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience writing B2B for marketing communications, copywriting, speechwriting, content strategy or a related field.
  • Strategic thinker with strong copywriting skills, experience developing content and project managing the creative process.
  • Track record of moving fast and working under pressure, with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent eye for detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and take the lead on several projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to keep things simple and to the point. Translating complex concepts into easy-to-understand materials is essential.
  • Experience of explaining and validating new ideas for maximum impact.
  • Collaborative approach and ability to foster a good working relationship quickly
  • Ability to work across various levels of the organization while building trust and partnership.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken essential.
