Job Description:

  • Achieving targets monthly and quarterly basis for Branch and Franchisee.
  • Franchisee acquisition, selection, development and maintenance.
  • Responsible for Branch and Franchisee sales process and operations i.e. our integrated sales model from lead generation till post sales client servicing.
  • Analyzing business potential, conceptualizing and executing strategies to drive sales and achieving desired targets with a view to optimize revenue, this includes :
    • Identifying, developing new market segments and tapping profitable business opportunities for Branch and Franchisee.
    • Developing and maintaining relationship with Key Opinion Leaders territory wise.
    • Maintaining and increasing tie ups with Doctors and Hospitals for developing stem cells banking business.
  • Enhancing individual and team productivity through tracking sales performance via analysis of MIS reports, coaching for Superior performance, assisting and developing team members, motivating them and retaining the performers.
  • Conduct Branch and Franchisee training, meeting and enhance selling skills of Branch and Franchisee team members. This also includes client interaction through demonstration.
  • Enhancing client satisfaction through close involvement in every client interface ensuring best in class services with optimum use of available resources.
  • Ensuring that marketing campaigns and activities are utilized to gain maximum advantage from them. This includes :
  • ANC
  • Society Marketing
  • All other promotional activities and events done form time to time
  • Travelling across Branch and Franchisee network to allow a real time understanding of the process in place, key issues, taking appropriate measures on time.
  • Work in the market for atleast 4 days a week and make all calls and lead by example.
  • Keep H.O. updated on all developments on a need to know basis.
  • Carry out any other job-related activities as and when deemed necessary by the Company.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Should have handled sales or marketing or business development team
  • National Sales Manager not less than 3 years OR
  • National Sales Manager not less than 3 years OR
  • Should have handled sales or marketing or business development team
  • Should have ability to handle sales pressure/target
  • Should be ready to relocate with family anywhere in India
